If the State Palaces and Gardens of Baden-Württemberg do not respond to your inquiry within the period stipulated in Section 8 sentence 1 L-BGG-DVO Verordnung zur Durchführung des Landes-Behindertengleichstellungsgesetzes – Ordinance on the Implementation of the State Act on Equal Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities), you may contact the State Commissioner for the Disabled or the locally responsible officer for the disabled within the scope of the ombud/advocate role described in Section 14 (2) L-BGG and Section 15 (3) sentence 2 L-BGG.
