This/These mobile application (app) is only partially compliant with § 10 (1) of the L-BGG due to the following contradictions and exceptions.
The State Palaces and Gardens of Baden-Württemberg endeavor to make their mobile application (app) accessible to all in accordance with § 10 (1) of the Landesbehindertengleichstellungsgesetz (L-BGG) (state disabilities act).
This declaration on barrier-free access applies to the mobile application (app) for "Monument BW".
This/These mobile application (app) is only partially compliant with § 10 (1) of the L-BGG due to the following contradictions and exceptions.
Exceptions based on disproportionate burden according to § 10 (2) of the L-BGG apply temporarily for the following content and functions.
The technical aspects making native system defaults accessible have not yet been developed in their entirety. So far, the app is only accessible with a screen reader on a limited basis. Adjusting the font size is currently only possible on a limited scale; however, a majority of the content is available as an audio track. Images and graphics do not have alternative texts. Videos are currently available without subtitles; however, they do include a brief description below the video.
We are making every effort to improve these items as quickly as possible.
