Corona-Virus COVID-19INFORMATION FOR YOUR VISIT

Most of our monuments are open again. Please observe the respective hours of operation.

RULES OF CONDUCT

Our monuments are also subject to our state's usual Corona directives restrictions. Visitors ages 6 and older are required to wear face masks. Employees and visitors must all maintain a distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet).

These restrictions must also be observed in palace gardens and other outdoor areas where admission is charged. This face-mask requirement for visitors age 6 and up is strictly mandatory when entering any gardens and outdoor areas where admission is charged, as well as narrow points throughout the grounds. Masks may be removed in open spaces, when the situation allows. Guests are responsible for bringing their own suitable masks.

CONTACT TRACING

In accordance with the Corona directives in Baden-Württemberg, we are required to collect your contact information, including first and last name, address, phone number or email address, as well as the date and time (from–to) of your visit and the start time of any tours. This information is collected to enable the fastest possible tracing of potential COVID-19 infections.

This applies to all Schlosscards purchased prior to June 1, 2020 and valid during the COVID-related closures. Individual passes can be extended at any palace ticket office.
