  • Collection of contact data:
There is a requirement to collect and data process guest contact information for possible chain of infection tracing in accordance with Section 6 of the Corona Ordinance.
  • Compliance with AHA rules:
    - There must be a minimum distance between each party of 1.5 meters, or even 2 meters if possible.
    - Practice hygiene - disinfection and hand washing facilities are available in the entrance area as well as in the sanitary facilities.
    - It is compulsory to wear a medical mouth-nose covering or an FFP2 mask.

Please observe the respective current hours of operation. These can be found at the respective monument under the visit information.

further notes

Our monuments are also subject to our state's usual Corona directives restrictions. Visitors ages 6 and older are required to wear medical face masks or FFP2 face masks. Employees and visitors must all maintain a distance of 1.5 meters (5 feet).

These restrictions must also be observed in palace gardens and other outdoor areas. This medical face masks or FFP2 face masks requirement for visitors age 6 and up is strictly mandatory when entering any gardens and outdoor areas. Guests are responsible for bringing their own suitable masks.

In accordance with the Corona directives in Baden-Württemberg, we are required to collect your contact information, including first and last name, address and phone number, as well as the date and time (from–to) of your visit and the start time of any tours. This information is collected to enable the fastest possible tracing of potential COVID-19 infections.

Save possible waiting times at the cash desk and print out your contact form in advance and bring it filled out to your visit. Of course you can also fill it out on site.
