Your details will only be passed on to the health authority responsible for us or the local police authority at their request.

 

The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) in conjunction with. § Section 10 (1) or Section 14 Sentence 1 of the Ordinance of the State Government on Infection Control Measures against the Spread of the SARS-CoV-2 Virus of March 7, 2021 (Corona Ordinance).

 

Your personal data will be destroyed or deleted by us four weeks after receipt.

 

You are under no obligation to provide us with your personal data, nor will we verify the accuracy of your information. However, if you do not provide us with your personal data, you will unfortunately not be able to visit our monuments or participate in our events.

 

Reference to data subject rights according to the DS-GVO: You have the right to information about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 DS-GVO). If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 DS-GVO). If the legal requirements are met, you may request erasure or restriction of processing as well as object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 DS-GVO). The right to erasure is excluded if a legal provision provides for the continued storage of your data. In this case, your request for deletion can only be complied with at the end of the legal retention period. If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this are met. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection.
